Overview
Lead Responder Lite is month to month, with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Done-for-You Setup is a one-time service.
Billing
Lead Responder Lite $29/month (billed monthly). Done-for-You Setup $99 one-time. Lead Responder Lite has no setup fee. Prices in USD; payments will be processed by Stripe once checkout opens.
Free templates
Free downloads need no payment and have no refund.
How to cancel Lead Responder Lite
Email billing@auragridlabs.com from your account email. It takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and we confirm by email.
Monthly fees
A month that has started is not refunded; you keep access until it ends.
Done-for-You Setup
Done-for-You Setup: full refund if you cancel before we start work on your approved scope. Once work starts, there is no refund; instead, one revision round within scope is included. If we cannot deliver the approved scope, we refund you in full.
Charging errors
A duplicate or wrong charge is refunded in full, usually within 5–10 business days (card network timing).
If we end the service
At least 30 days' notice and no charge after it ends; prepaid unused time is refunded.
Your data after cancelling
Ask for an export within 30 days.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method; once checkout opens, refunds will be sent via Stripe.
Payment security
Once checkout opens, Stripe will handle card data; we will never see or store your full card number.
