The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

State or federal courts in Laramie County, Wyoming.
Small claims
Either side may use small-claims court where eligible.
Consumer rights
Nothing here removes rights your local law gives you that cannot be waived.
Time to bring a claim
Within one year of the event, where the law allows.
Severability
If one part is invalid, the rest still applies.
Language
The English version controls; the Bangla version is a translation.
