Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Email billing@auragridlabs.com to cancel Lead Responder Lite. Access continues to the end of the paid month.
Do I need technical skills?
No. We set everything up, and you approve the wording before it goes live.
How do I pay?
By card. Payments will be processed securely by Stripe once checkout opens. All prices are in US dollars.
Can I add another product later?
Yes. Start with one and add another later. Email hello@auragridlabs.com and we will set it up.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Done-for-You Setup: full refund if you cancel before we start work on your approved scope. Once work starts, there is no refund; instead, one revision round within scope is included. If we cannot deliver the approved scope, we refund you in full. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Will you tell me when new products launch?
