Only for your own legitimate business.
Who you may contact
Only people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you. No bought, rented or scraped lists. Stop when someone opts out.
Content not allowed
Misleading, abusive, hateful or harassing content; illegal or unlicensed regulated offers; malware or phishing; asking for passwords, card numbers or health data by email.
Honest messages
Say who you are; automated replies say they are automated.
Fair use
Reasonable monthly limits apply and are shown in your plan. We warn you before a limit is reached.
Don't attack the service
No hacking, overloading, bypassing limits or template approval, or reselling without permission.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your content and following the laws that apply to you.
If this policy is broken
We may block messages, pause sending or suspend the account, usually after notice.
