Introduction
These terms apply to AuraGrid Labs LLC's website and products. By creating an account or paying, you agree to them.
Our services
Simple automation tools for local businesses. Early access: Lead Responder Lite ($29/month) and Done-for-You Setup ($99 one-time). Review Manager and EstimateBack are coming soon and are not sold yet.
Your account
Keep your login safe and your business details accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your messages and approval
You approve every message template before it can be sent. We send only approved wording, and only to people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
Fees and billing
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments will be processed by Stripe once checkout opens. Lead Responder Lite bills monthly; Done-for-You Setup is charged once. We give 30 days' email notice before a price change.
Cancellation and refunds
Done-for-You Setup: full refund if you cancel before we start work on your approved scope. Once work starts, there is no refund; instead, one revision round within scope is included. If we cannot deliver the approved scope, we refund you in full. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may pause sending or an account that breaks it.
Your data
You own your business data and your leads' data. We use it only to run the service and never sell it. Connected tools (such as email or other business tools) stay under your control.
Our property
We own the software, website and designs. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them. Work built in your accounts under Done-for-You Setup is yours.

Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not promise more leads, jobs, bookings or revenue, or that every email reaches the inbox.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You cover reasonable costs of claims caused by messages you approved or data you supplied.
Suspension, ending and changes
Either side may end the service. You can request a data export within 30 days after it ends. We email at least 30 days before a material change to these terms. Governing law: see our Governing Law page.
