What AuraGrid Labs LLC collects, why, and the choices you have.

The short version
We never sell anyone's contact details. We use data only to run and secure the service. No advertising or cross-site trackers.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, login); orders and their status; lead data from your website forms, email, Facebook or Google notifications; contact-form messages; opt-out records; basic server logs.
How we use it
To send approved messages, run and secure the service, answer you, and send service notices. Not used to build ad profiles. We do not use your customers' data to train third-party AI models.
Our role
For your leads' data we act on your instructions (processor); for account and website data we are responsible (controller).
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, security), Supabase (login and database), Stripe (payments), Hostinger (servers), Google Workspace (email), Airtable (internal records). Authorities only when the law requires.
Email rules
Every marketing email has our name, postal address and a one-click unsubscribe (CAN-SPAM).
How long we keep data
While your account is active; deleted within 30 days after it ends, unless the law requires longer (for example tax records).
Security
Encryption in transit, encrypted backups, account separation, least-privilege access and a bot check on sign-in. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices and rights
Ask for access, correction, export or deletion by email. California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights. We answer within 45 days.
Children
Not directed to children under 13.

Stored in the US or with the providers listed above, which may process data in other countries.
Changes
30 days' email notice before a change that reduces your rights.
